Maybe those fitness moms in the 2000s were onto something…
I’ve been going to Zumba at my local 24 hour fitness for a few months and LOVE it. Hands down my favorite form of cardio now. I especially love the undeniably social aspect to it (shoutout to Shelly my 75 yr old Zumba class bestie)
